Listening to Jet

I like this band a lot. I have for quite a while but never bought any of their music. Just waited for it to come on mtv hits. I just bought two of their cd's on itunes and I like them a lot.


I've been taking motorcycle lessons. I think I'll get my license within the next month depending on when I can get to the dmv. I'm excited about getting my own bike to commute when the weather is nice. It'll definitely save gas.

I'm going to try and convince my boyfriend to go with me because I don't want to go alone. But I only want to go if I'll know some people too. So over the next few months I'm going to try to make as many friends on youtube as I possibly can. I think this is a good challenge for myself because that is the whole reason I got a youtube account. I wanted to be a part of this community. So now is a great time to get myself out there. I'm really excited.

So there are contests galore going on now. Elizabeth Scott (amazing author) is holding a contest everyday for 22 days starting today leading up to the release of her book Something, Maybe. I'm very excited about it and you should be too!

Learning Guitar

So I got a new guitar for Christmas. Fender StarCaster Acoustic. It's so much better than my old one by about a million times. (this one actually stays in tune for more than an hour)

So I need some songs to learn. I only know chords, so nothing too hard.
